~Added wallpaper
~New lighting
~Reupholstered dining chairs
~Layered some new art and plants
~Added vintage rug

A home design post just felt a little empty for me A home design post just felt a little empty for me today. I’ve been in a vacationing/hosting bubble and I think intentionally avoiding social media. Every time I opened it, the news and images of the flooding happening in Texas were too overwhelming. The losses and continuing searches of those girls from Mystic hit too close to home having just sent my 9yo to church camp 5 weeks ago. Then a song played this morning and it said “we see your greatest power in our stormiest hour” and the weight of those losses crushed me like a ton of bricks. I can’t imagine how dark the hours are for those families, but I hope they can feel all of us that are praying fiercely for them. If you have credible resources that support the disaster relief efforts there, send me a message and I’d love to share them and help in whatever small capacity I can. 💔
